I am a former Professional Football player in both the NFL and Canadian Football Leagues and currently work in healthcare so I know how important fitness is to living a healthy and happy life. Zumba has gotten me back into football playing shape like I am 25 years old again! And I've had a blast doing it!
Whether you are new to Zumba or fitness in general or are a seasoned pro, my intent is to encourage, educate, motivate, and simply help you improve and maintain your fitness level! Come join me in a class and let's make your fitness dreams come true too!

KettleWorx Kettlebell training is the antithesis of traditional weight lifting in a class format. Almost every kettlebell exercise engages literally hundreds of muscles at once. Motions are not confined to a single, two-dimensional plane. Instead, kettlebell exercises employ all three planes of motion simultaneously. The result is a well-toned, well-balanced physique that represents great functional strength without bulky size.

Fit Camp Classes Each session is a muscle and calorie burning powerhouse of a workout. This class will make every muscle in your body burn, including a segment that focuses on shaping and toning your Glutes (Booty Work!) and lower half. While this is principally a strength and conditioning workout, you will also see a significant cardio benefit as well.
Yoga energizes our bodies and calms our minds. It is a popular activity for athletes, children, and seniors. Yoga can be modified to suit all levels of fitness and has been proven to lower blood pressure and increase strength and flexibility.
Flexibility Classes Our flexibility classes are designed to significantly increase your flexibility using both static and dynamic stretching before or immediately after a cardio class. Having good flexibility decreases the risk of injury and assists in
our activities of daily living.
